Japanese: Maguro Zuke Don (Raw Tuna Bowl)

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Defrost tuna overnight in refrigerator, slice into bite-sized cubes
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except garnish)
  3. Mix well, cover and let rest in refrigerator for at least one hour
  4. To serve: add sushi rice to serving bowl, drizzle some marinade on top of rice, top seasoned rice with marinated tuna
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, avocado slices, green onions, sprouts (if desired)
